Almost any modern synth can make all of these sounds (you can add a sampled piano).
My tip would be Serum, an excellent synth both for learning how to make sounds and for actually making sounds to use in music. It is very visual so it’s easy to see what’s going on.
But pretty much anything in that track (including drums) can be made with a sine wave, sawtooth wave, triangle and a square wave.
Most of the sounds are very simple to make (as in seconds or minutes) if you have an understanding of how a synth works.
