Reviewer mentioned I had some spacing and alignment issues. I’ve resubmitted my item 3 times but the issue is still the same. Could you help me to find in which places does my template has spacing and alignment issues, please?

There are tons like those. Below exemples are from the mobile version, and are just a sample. Go through your template, page after page, and fix those on all resolutions. The centered user menu in the navbar is not centered. You still have some work to do on this. I liked the overall concept, could be a nice product. Best.
