How can I get support for the theme that my boss purchased?

Hi,

So I’m having an issue. I have a client who I’m building a wordpress site for. I told him what to buy (wp Shopkeeper theme) and he sent me download link so I can get to it.

I see that it comes with 6 months of support that I want to make use of. But when clicking the link from the e-mail I get a 404 error page.

How do I access support for installing the wordpress theme?
