How can I get a new license no for a bought theme?

Hello there,

I bought FOX THEME (I dropped link below) at 10/05/2022 and finally had a chance to set it up just last week. However I noticed that my hosting (godaddy) will expire next month and I changed my hosting provider (guzel.net.tr). I delete theme from old provider but I couldn’t setup to new one. And I even couldn’t open a ticket because support is just for 6 months.

I am not that kind of person who are building websites daily. I had a chance to create website for my father almost a year later after buying theme. And I couldn’t use any. How can I get another license? Is there a way to unregister and use same old? :frowning:

You cannot get a new license - you need to contact the author using item comments or via their profile so that they can deregister the original code
