How can I find the exact piece of footage that I need using just the file name?

Hi there! I used a preview file I downloaded while editing my project and now I am purchasing all the assets for the final movie, but I can’t find one of the files I need. Is there a way to find a piece of footage I need using either of these identifiers? I can’t seem to draw it out using the search box. This is all the info I am able to gleam from the preview I downloaded:
