How can I download previous versions of a purchased item?

I’ve purchased this item a few years ago. It’s current version is 5.2.0. I would like to download earlier versions too, at least that version what was the current when I originally purchased.

The author says all purchase and download must be done via Envato, which is acceptable. However I can not find where Envato provides this very fundamental service.

You can’t download older versions from Envato, only the latest one. Only the author can provide you with the older releases, but he doesn’t have to, he may not even have the old version anymore. Try to ask him again.
