How can I download latest version of the themes that I had downloaded as freebee?

Sounds stupid, but I will ask it anyway.
I am very thankful to envato for giving us freebees every month. These freebees have 1 license per item.
However, I am wondering if envato allows me to download the updated version of that theme?

If I cannot get the updated version then freebee file (especially theme) is useless, cannot be used in live websites.

No support or updates are included

Thereis still vlaue e.g. as a way to preview an item in detail with potential to buy the full copy OR if you are a developer then managing updates should be doable
