All author queries need to go through Envato Author Support
I would like to know if it is possible to get someone who leads author support since I have inconsistent behaviour from different persons handling issues.
One example is that customer leaves review, review is removed twice, then client posts same review after 3 months and then new person decides that - “After giving them the opportunity to read and understand our policy, they have finally posted a review within our terms.” Review is copy paste of previous review.
Is there anyone that could be contacted regarding this problem?
