Is it possible to combine a blog layout from a theme with another theme?

I think that is impossible. Another way is easier than you can create a WordPress site for your blog.

Combining it would mean modifying the code to style it in that way (and any extra functionality needed).

You would be best to hire a freelancer to write a layout like that you want. If it is literally just a case of changing the way posts are displayed then it shouldn’t be that hard
