Hi, I want ask if someone knows how I should start making a cms streaming website like netflix or if there is any kind of type developer I should ask or pay to create cms?
I doubt you even know the server specs that netflix runs off of.
Netflix spends loads of money on their servers, which allows their cms to deliver the content they deliver at the qualities they deliver. That being said, i doubt you have enough funds to set up the backbone that netflix has.
Seeing how your question is pretty vague on your end game i will assume you are hoping for a graphical (content management system) CMS to make a selection of products (ie. movies).
