How can i add Spanish to a site

Hi i bought this theme, Demo 2 – Wolmart Marketplace WordPress Demo 2 (d-themes.com) but having hard time, trying to modify language, it just came with english and frenche and i need it in spanish
try using polylang, but no luck at all so far
