How can edit upper header in Bjorn Theme?

Hi,

I will like to edit the upper seccion of the home page of bjorn where it shows in the demo some categories in the left side and follows us in the right side.

my website is www.avocadoshare.com so you can check what I mean.

It will be all this part from the demo version:

Hi

You can find those settings in your purchased theme options, hopefully in header settings options.So, please check wp-admin Dashboard => Theme Options. Otherwise you can Contact your purchased theme Author and let them know.

I have tried to look for it in the settings options but don´t know how to get to that specific settings.
