Hover effects builder dont work

Hi

I bought hover effects builder - and it wont work. Im using Page builder Site origin and have T Sydney pro.
I follow the guide and think I done everything possible to activate it _ but it dosent work.
Is there something I missed - or is there a better guide to manage the hover builder.
Please can anyone help me ?
