Houzez theme - User Statistics Report

Hi,
I’m not sure to be in the right place but I hope someone can help!
I’m using Houzez theme and I need to implement a User/Customer "Statistics Report” to be sent periodically to update their ADS similar to this:

  • Total ADS: 5*
  • No. active ads: 2*
  • No. of expired ADS: 3*

Active ADS details :

Ads1 :

  • Page 8
  • Expire date: 04/28/2019
  • No. of contacts received from your ads: 9

Ads2 -

  • Page 12
  • Expire date: 12/15/2019
  • No. of contacts received from your ads: 11

Can you suggest any Plugin I can try to implement this Email notifications to Houzez users ?
