hotec - the images on page buider doesn't appear

I use hotec theme on one hotel website.
For some reason, when I’m in a room page setting and I tried to see the images available in the MEDIA area, it doesn’t see it the new one, only the old one.
I tried to check the permissions of /images/2020/… but is all open for the user.
Do you know why?
