Hello to all,

I’ve been trying to get assistance (ticket) from ThemeTags since yesterday, but no answer… especially since it’s quite urgent. (if an employee can report the information?)

I couldn’t get the templates proposed by the theme. …
While downloading, I did not manage to get the templates proposed by the theme (the blocks for example and the page structures)

I have downloaded all the required plugins.
But I did not get this type of file during the extraction :
"you have to extract it out ( to get themename-vxx_xx.zip file "

Hi @tomsearchbooster,

When downloading your theme from themeforest be sure to select the “Installable WordPress file only” version to get only the theme file.

I managed to get this on my homepage.
but I can’t get the structures of the pages already made.
I made an API key though.
The templates are normally provided in the purchase, right?

To make your website look like the demo you have to import the theme demo. Most themes in envato market come with one click demo import features. please check theme documentation to know how to import theme demo.
