Hostel website for multiple hostels

Hello,

I am new to Themeforest. I am looking to build a website where customers can search for hostels in different cities based on availability and collect payments. Most of the themes that I have found are for individual hostels. If someone can give me some direction on how to achieve this, that would be great.
