Homepage layout not available

I purchased the Andaman (Creative & Business WordPress Theme), which was supposed to include nine (9) homepage layouts. However, after installation, I only see 4, and that does not include the one I intended to use! I submitted a customer service request to the author on December 18. It is December 31, and there is no resolution. Any advice?

If the author does not provide product support properly you can make a refund for the item you bought

I also recommend that you first contact the author for a refund, If the author refused to refund you or you could not come to an agreement - contact Envato for help
