hinotifyme.online loading web with newspaper theme

Hello

I have installed the theme newspaper and from update 9.7 onwards I have noticed that it takes too long to load. I have noticed that it is because it is waiting to load an external link to hinotifyme.online.

Anyone know what you mean and how it is solved?

It is not an external plugin because I only have the captcha and the w3 cache and I have deactivated them and continue loading that link.
