Hi, I have some problem:
I uploaded my presentation into “Powerpoint templates” category but it is hidden on this category, I mean that if you click only on “Presentations” you can see it, but if you click on “Presentations” than “Powerpoint Templates” you can’t see it.
I think it’s problem from Graphicriver because I made everything right, what I can do?

maybe u should try to contact the help center then …
The template is stored in the top category “Home > Files > Presentation Templates” and not in the child category "Home > Files > Presentation Templates > PowerPoint Templates"
I assume on upload you did not select the correct child category. You can ask the support to move it into the correct child category.
