If your item removed then your review will be delete.

I’ve deleted several items but their ratings are still factored into the overall rating on my profile, if that’s what you mean.

No, the author rating remains the same regardless of removing items (otherwise it’s not a true reflection of sales, feedback, and could be too easily manipulated).

as @baileyherbert @charlie4282 mentioned your ratings will not be deleted. rating will be deleted if any refund occur and the customer left review. You will find some authors in the envato market who don’t have any item in the portfolio but they have many sales and ratings in their profile.
