Hi is there somehow I can contact the moderators of envato elements?
There is a wordpress template on envato elements that is faulty, the parent template zip file does not install, I get an error “The link you followed has expired” . The theme name:

Help and support is pretty much defunct, or at least too slow to be taken seriously.
I’m having my own problem trying to get urgent help, and it doesn’t seem to be anywhere around.
