I got a new laptop and want to move my motion graphics pack over but I can’t because it’s saying Invalid Purchase Code when I try to activate it even though I’m using the same Envato account I used to bought it in the first place how to fix this problem?

Make sure when you paste the purchase code into the graphics pack that it does not contain any spaces at the beginning or end. Sometimes browsers will sneak a space or two in there and this could cause the purchase code to show as invalid.
