I have good news for you. Whenever thereā€™s an issue with updating the earnings, sales drop by 20-30%. Everyone should be prepared for this. :blush:

I agree with you.
They release a bug-fix update when sales are up a bit and then for some reason sales drop rapidly. Youā€™re not the only one with this idea.

Could you explain what is going on? We left almost blind now, not seeing both our income on the Elements and performance of our items, which is also very important metrics.

@BenLeong @KingDog Itā€™s 8th today the total earnings for the next Payout has to be updated by now for both Market place and envato elements. but they are 0 yet hope to have a transparent solution here

We realize youā€™ll want to see all the data to plan your month and your next items so we will try and get things running as quickly as possible. Also rest assured that your item sales are all going through without issue, itā€™s just the dashboard that isnā€™t being updated to reflect it. Annoying I know, but thanks so much for your patience!

@KingDog What about the updating of the total in the author earning dashboard via market place as itā€™s 8th today, need to see the payout amount nxt month. and hope this delay wonā€™t affect the payout processā€¦

Hi all. The backlog of daily Elements Earnings data for the Author Dashboard reports is currently being processed, as the delays have now been resolved.

You should start seeing the missing days appear in your earnings dashboard soon - Iā€™ve just checked a couple of examples, and Elements earnings data up to Dec 4 appears to be available now.

@anchor_point_heshan The delay in updating the graphs shown on your Author Dashboard should have no impact at all on payment dates.

You should see a Payout line item in your Market statements on January 1st showing the amount that has been transferred to your payout balance. The Balances page (author.envato.com/profile) updates around the 8th of each month, ahead of the monthly payments being processed on the 15th.

@BenLeong Thank you very much for the kind clarification, but my concern was as itā€™s 8th today the total earnings of market and also elements has to be appeared in the author dashboard right ? (Iā€™m not referring to the elements earning dashboard where the incident was reported - Im referring the dashboard that we are coming through the earnings tab / author dashboard, which shows totals of both)
