You have two options:

  1. Extended License + permission from the author; or
  2. Private agreement between you and the author, and you both decide the terms.

EDIT: Just noticed my reply is slightly different from @charlie4282ā€™s. Iā€™m basing my answer on this: Do we need to buy PSD extended license in collboration?. Please let me know if this case is different.
