Hello,

We were able to see the reviewers information. at least name or a pic.
However, we can only see “Envato Staff” with a placeholder image.

Users may complain about the reviewers when the name is visible. I believe they decided to hide the details to prevent issues.

Correct! I don’t see any name and the placeholder as on your’s screenshot.
