Hi, 6 purchase that wasn't me. Please help

Hi everyone, i just open my download page in my Envato account and pretty shock to know that there are 6 items that i didn’t purchase, in my download page.
If it was 1 item and the cost is not much i’ll be chill… But that was 6 items and it cost pretty much for each item.

Please help how to report and ask for a refund… I’m so lost
