Hero video is not always autoplaying on mobile

Hello,

I am using the Brooklyn theme and used this template https://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/demo2/

The video they are using works flawlessly everywhere. I linked one of our videos from youtube. On a mobile device i get the play button on the screen from youtube but nothing happens when clicked. I don’t want it anyways but to autoplay just like their example. They don’t have any option to pause the video which is what i would like. Not sure where in the options i am going wrong. Are they using a youtube video for their hero video?

I can’t seem to get it to work. Any ideas. Link below of my webpage for now.
