Herald Theme Error

just installed the herald theme and get this error.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/kids2006/public_html/wp-content/themes/herald/core/template-functions.php on line 134

Any thoughts on fixing this? I had to uninstall the theme as the error looked pretty ugly

You should contact the theme author to fix this problem.

Waiting for him or her to reply now. In the meantime I figured out the error and fixed the code.
