Helping hands theme from Skat Design support is missing

Greetings.
The support from Skat Design is missing in it’s theme Helping Hands. I need to fix an issue with the Crowdfunding Easy Digital Download plugin for donations button.

I’ve tried contacting support for this theme as well for over a month now. I have purchased 6 months but it looks like there is no support provided for this theme. Not happy!
