I want an Helpdesk system where my customers do not use emails. Once the ticket is raised all customer notification is to be via SMS,
It has been suggested WP Plugin may work but I haven’t found any that don’t relay of email.
I understand I will need an SMS service, so choosing the best one will be also in the mix.
