It says on the first link that their support will be delayed due to a company outing from the 18th to the 19th, and will resume on the 20th, and it looks like you contacted them during those days.

Since they are just resuming support today, I’d say just be patient and they’ll get back to you. They might have a bit of a backlog of support requests, thus the stated delay.
