Help! WooCommerce Theme Hard Reject

Our Item “Sinaz WooCommerce WordPress Theme” before two time soft reject but today it’s hard reject.

Now can I Submit our Item after change ?

Once they hard reject your item then you can’t upload it again. Try making a new one.

You can use the designs but you should code from scratch as you don’t know where is that problem which allow them to reject your theme.
