I make a multipurpose html theme (with many many elements and pages) so I don’t know how to write documentation because there is so many pages and elements and I dont know do I need to go in detailes or not… Can someone help me or send me his sample of doc. Thanks.

Have a look at Envato’s Helpful Resources for Authors. You will find there a sample template of documentation and many other resources for authors.
- HTML Documentation Template – Most marketplace items require documentation. You can use this template as a starting point.
- Documenter Web App – Dynamically generate your documentation with ease!
Now, even if you have a multipurpose template, I’m sure you have elements you use on multiple pages. Basically you need to explain how each element appear on page. HTML code + screenshot of how will appear on page + a description for each block/element.
