when im trying to open my Clouds trailer in After Effects it keeps saying 15 files missing, whats wrong? and it keeps playing in slow motion and cant change it, pls help really want this trailer to work 
Maybe you are double clicking the aep file inside the zip without extracting everything. Open the zip file, extract all itâs content to a folder and then open the .aep. If you still get the missing files error, contact support.

any ideas how to fix?
Try downloading again. Thatâs when corruption can occur. And fix the missing plug-ins error too.
Also ensure you have Quicktime installed (more likely this is the issue).
yeah tried instll quicktime and it went from 15 missing files to 7, but it says i have to instll CC spotlight and CC light sweep?
Yep - The CycoreFX plug-ins that come bundled with AE full version.
Are you running this off another drive than the c:/ drive by any chance?
This sounds like either an install issue or possibly a dodgy hard drive.
Try fix drive errors then defragging.Have you recently removed AE and re-installed?
