HELP, Want to buy a Theme but i have no VAT ID

Good Day i want to buy the Theme Theme 907
But i dont own a VatID because i dont own a Company. Is it possible to get themes for private users non-commercial`?

You don’t need to have a VAT number. If you do then you won’t be charged VAT on themes that have VAT applied. If you don’t then you’ll just pay the VAT on themes that have VAT applied.

Thanks a lot, i thought i have to fill up this line with my vat ID .

But when I try to buy is there a field which asks for VAT no. And is compulsory field. How I can pass over that?
