Top one, but l would redo the top, right part it doesn’t fit in too well with the circle, and might help to get it rejected?

If I had to choose from those two options I’d choose the first one because of the Travel tagline.

hi for me none is impressive , both are a bit too flat and not punchy enough, however if i have to choose from these two, i would pick the fist one all the same …
