Help to get started my Blog, please. Theme Sproud and Spoon

I bought the them from Sproud because I really liked the design of the main page for my Blog.

I thought that came installed on this topic the home page so, and I’m having many difficulties for me to make a similar.

There is only one file in the documentation. XML and not let me import it, WordPress let me import only. json files.
