HELP - "something went wrong, please try again" Just bought an Oshine licence but got this message

Hello,

We just bought the licence for oshine. When we install the theme and enter the licence number, we always got a message “something went wrong” it does this since we bought it, 2 weeks ago…

Somebody could help me ?

We are a web agency and installed this theme for many project, so we know how to do it. It just doesn’t work.
