Help! reCAPTCHA is not working!

I’ve been trying to download items but the reCAPTCHA is not working. What to do? I need the items ASAP.

Was this ever addressed? I am having the same issue today. I can’t download anything because it is not connecting to reCaptcha… I tried to email directly with the issue but of course, I can’t do that either without reCaptcha!
