for example, I saw a client on Envato help twitter and they gave him this link to get help, now refund CTA here is overwhelming and the contact the author is just a link in a text
This should be flipped. Before we authors were responsible for refunds, such a button did not exist as I recall.
Now if Envato has any stats that refund requests did not go up since this was implemented, then ok I accept it.
But if not, please do consider changing this.
