Help needed with jack-rose-wordpress theme - unable to update any widget in template

Good day

I need help on an issue in the jack and rose wordpress theme.
I’ve installed all plugins, the main and child theme and imported the demo data as suggested.
As soon as we try to update any items from the demo/template items and update it, it gives us a error on the page. Oops! Page could not be found.

So basically the template does not allow any changes to the widgets.
Any help will be appreciated .
