Help needed with bugs in Hermes theme

Hi,

Since a few weeks I have two bugs on my travel blog, www.inspireizen.nl/, in the theme I am using:
– the logo in the top left corner doesn’t shrink when you scroll down
– the footer has disappeared

I have this issue on all pages since I updated WordPress. I just updated it again to version 6.0.1. in the hope that that would help but it did not.

The them I am using is Hermes - WordPress Travel Blog Theme | Blog / Magazine. According to the Hermes theme settings everything is set right, so I am lost on what the issue is.

Can you help me?
