What about after this period
Does the support stops !
**** I am not seeing any option over 12 month !
1-So How much will i will pay to extend more ?
2- Can i have the ability to edit the website as before (changing photos , Text , Videos …) ?
or this Tools will stops and then i am not able to change any (of my Data ) on the website ?

Support is only for when you need help from the author, so for example if a problem arises in the theme and you need help fixing it.
You can use all features in the theme without any active support. This means you can still edit your website, make new posts, change photos, and so on. So do not worry. 
Once your support expires, you do not have to renew it unless you need help from the author. But, if you want to renew it, you can find the price by clicking the “Get it now and save up to ???” link:
Then the price to renew support is shown crossed out:

I can’t speak for every theme because each one can have its own level of complexity for installation. The theme documentation should give clear instructions on how to install it.
