Help need to understand KnowledgeBase script Hard Rejection

Recently, I have uploaded knowledge base script and its hard rejected with below reason.

We have completed our review of “KnowledgeBase - The Ultimate Knowledge Management System” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Initial views suggest it looks good. But did you provide envato with all the details such as documentation, logins etc?

It’s hard to say why it got rejected. There does not appear to be a login page, admin area, so I cannot comment more than this.

Yes, I provided all the necessary details, including the documentation, admin portal login credentials, code, and database file.
