Please go to your settings then from left sidebar go to profile page there you will find.

Are you Author or Customer? If you are Author then it should show. please Contact Support with screenshot.

I have see your profile you will not able to do this now you have to purchase something or you have approved any product at Envato market place any platform like themeforest, codecanyon, etc.

I have an experience about this.
