I’m new to Codcanyon, Can anyone in this forum help me with “Please make sure your screenshot’s resolution is complying with the following standards, we’ve detected some incorrect resolutions. (Portrait: from 700px to 900px high, Landscape: min resolution of 1280 x 720 and aspect ratio of 16:9)” this is the second time my items gets rejected due to this issue. I don’t know which screenshots are they talking about.
Pleas use Canva with custom size as required by the market.
