Help installing Stock Manager Advance (Invoice & Inventory System)

Require help with the installation of ‘Stock Manager Advance (Invoice & Inventory System)’ by @Tecdiary, I’ve contacted them for help with no reply.

I am getting a couple of errors with the initial setup, I have been through their documents and checklist to make sure the server and database environments are correct.

Is this the right place to get help with my issues? the error I’m getting is:

A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Error
Message: Call to a member function num_rows() on boolean
Filename: models/Site.php
Line Number: 42

Hello,

I have received your installation request and found that MBString and ZIP php extensions are missing, please install/enable them and reply to email. The other requirements can be found in the documentation.pdf that is in your download.
