I bought the theme “Talent Hunt - Model Management WordPress CMS Theme” a few weeks ago.
First of all, this theme was a big problem with JQuery, and the developer “fixed it”, but how! They just deactivated one of basic plugins, because it was in conflict with others.
After these mistakes, support ignored me for a few days.
What problems they have for this moment:
I still have problems with CSS, Print function, PDF downloading function and adaptation website for the mobile version.
All functions in the theme are global! It is not normal!
I cant customize styles of documents for printing and for PDF because they implement it to PHP files. And more, and more…
After last my request to fix the bugs, they again ignored me.
Three days they ignore all my letters and I want back my money. I wrote a letter but they still ignoring all my letters. Please help me! Administrators and partners of these developers.
