Help: I can't find an original track after downloading a preview

Hi,
I downloaded a preview track a while back and now need to find the original track to purchase it and finish my project.
Its really frustrating as the file is just called ‘Emotional piano’ and when you search there are so many results with the same name. There has to be a easy way…agh!!!

I have tried soundizer but it seems to be down or defunct.
